Team and agency access - Lantern

Lantern supports organization roles and client-brand access.

Organization roles

Owner: controls the organization and highest-level administration.
Admin: manages organization work and supported settings.
Member: works within the access granted by the organization.

Client brand roles

Client admin.
Client editor.
Client viewer.

Client roles scope access to the relevant brand workspace. Invitations expire after seven days and count against seat limits when accepted.

Agency workspaces

Agency users can switch between authorized client brands. Keep client data, conversations, Projects, integrations, and approvals in the correct brand context.
