The Home page has three areas: the AI chat, quick action cards, and your recent agents list.

AI chat

The large input at the top is a multi-turn AI assistant. Describe what you want in plain English and Lantern handles the rest.
1

Describe your goal

Type what you want — “Write a blog post on generative engine optimisation” or “Run an SEO report for acme.com”.
2

Answer any clarifying questions

The assistant may ask one or two focused questions to sharpen the goal (e.g. target audience, website URL).
3

Confirm

It proposes what it’s about to do in one sentence and asks: “Ready to go?” — confirm to launch.
4

Track progress

A link to the running agent appears in the chat so you can follow progress in real time.
Suggestion chips If your brand is configured, pre-filled suggestion chips appear below the input:
  • Write a blog post for [Brand]
  • Run an SEO report for [Brand website]
  • Draft a press release for [Brand]
  • Create a Google Ad campaign
  • What can you help me with?
Click any chip to pre-fill and immediately submit it.
The Home chat is the fastest path from idea to running workflow. Use it for one-off requests. Use the Agents page to build workflows that run on a schedule.
