Lantern makes it easy to share your AI visibility and brand insights with leadership or stakeholders by exporting data in multiple formats.

1. Exporting from the Overview Page

From the Overview page, you can export the data behind your brand’s AI performance:

Navigate to Overview

From the left-hand menu, select Overview.

Click Export

At the top of the page, click the Export button.

Choose Your Format

Select your preferred format:
  • Excel - For spreadsheet analysis
  • CSV - For database imports or custom tools
  • JSON - For API integrations and developers

What’s Included

The exported file includes:
  • AI responses for the session prompt
  • Response dates
  • Visibility metrics for each platform
This allows your team to analyze trends, share insights, or integrate Lantern data into other reporting tools.

2. Exporting from the Citations Page

You can also export citation data to understand which sources influence AI responses about your brand:

Go to Citations

Navigate to the Citations page in your dashboard.

Click Export

Click Export and select the desired format (Excel, CSV, or JSON).

What’s Included

The exported file contains:
  • All URLs cited during your analysis
  • The context in which your brand was mentioned
  • Citation frequency across platforms
By exporting both Overview and Citations data, you can provide executives with a comprehensive view of your brand’s presence, visibility, and influence in AI-generated answers.
